Many of us in our early years suffer from low self esteem, lack of confidence, sadness and anxiety. We never really learn how to control our fears and therefore we bring this into our adult lives, families, relationships and children.

Take time for yourself every day or week to learn simple and safe movements and breath work that can teach you more about who YOU are and how to handle and react to negative situations more healthy. Through mindfulness and yoga allow yourself to connect to you and others.

About Me:

I've been teaching yoga and meditation for the past 13 years with adolescents and adults after I received my Holistic Stress Management Certification(2006), this was basic beginner moves, nothing crazy and a lot of breathe work to deal with anxiety, anger, depression, etc..  In 2014 I went for my LifeForce Yoga® Training at Kripalu with Amy Weintraub (yoga for mood management) and in 2015 I received my RYT 200 from Three Sisters Yoga in NYC.  In October of 2017 I did my Pre and Post Natal Training in NYC through Maha Mama.  I also have a certification for Teen Yoga through YogaMinded.

I am a mental health therapist and I blend yoga philosophy in with my therapy, I believe that mind and body are so important to be aware of with emotions and behavior.  I love seeing my clients leave my office with a relaxed smile on their face. I did these videos with love and passion to make Emotional Wellness accessible to EVERYONE!
