I originally did this video for teens that struggle with anxiety. However, I believe adults will benefit from this as well. I used Young Living Essential Oils throughout to bring a deeper experience to the mind and the body. Taking you from a state of anxiety to a place of calm. Meeting the mood with a lot of movement and scent and bringing your mood down to a slower practice with matching scents. Please feel free to substitute any other scents that resonate with you.
Stand Alone Class to Help with Sleep Learn a Breathing Technique, Listen to a Meditation, and/or a Short Yoga practice to help the body calm down and relax right before bedtime (separate pictures to view before the practice to make sure you feel safe doing certain poses too!). You can go back to this course anytime before bedtime to relax and sleep better. Be well! P.S. Its also great for relaxing and taking care of yourself anytime of the day when stressed and feeling overwhelmed.
